Q:How long will it take to receive my order?
A: I ship via USPS, and am within walking distance to my local post office, so orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days unless stated otherwise. Orders within the US should be received within a week, with international orders* taking up to 3 weeks depending.
*!UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS! Due to the new VAT tax, I will not be shipping to the UK from BigCartel. Any orders made here will be immediately refunded & referred to an Etsy listing, where you can order the item. My apologies for this method, it's the only available one to me as a US seller.
Q: Can I still buy something after preorder ends?
A: Yes! I always buy a bit more stock after preorders to sell, so don't feel like you need to scramble for preorders.
Q: I wanted an item that has sold out, will you be restocking?
A: For some items, yes, otherwise it depends on demand.
Q: I haven't received my order, where is it?
A: Unfortunately, things do get lost in the mail system sometimes. If you have not received your order within 1 month (2 months for international), please contact me. This also applies for items that arrive damaged.*
*Please allow extra time during COVID, as it has backed up the USPS system terribly.
Q: Why is international shipping so high?
A: That's the unfortunate reality of shipping internationally in the US, even for smaller items. I try my very best to minimize international shipping prices, and I always will make an effort to make the item worth the more expensive shipping.
Q: My Credit/Debit card was declined, what can I do?
A: Unfortunately Stripes sorta sucks sometimes, and that's the only option on BigCartel for card purchases. I cannot fix anything, it's on your credit card company's side that's declining the card for any reason. If you're still interested in purchasing something, please use PayPal instead or email me at [email protected] and you can pay for your items via Paypal invoice (which you can pay with your card)!
